House Rules

  • Quiet Hours: Out of respect of our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

  • Parking is limited to 5 cars, only personal vehicles - No RVs, Campers, Trailers, or Tents. Parking only allowed in driveway, not on public road.

  • Any disturbance to neighbors will result in immediate eviction from the Property. Guests may be cited or fined for creating a disturbance or for violating other provisions of the Township’s Ordinances, including parking and occupancy limits. Guests are required to make the dwelling available for inspection by the Zoning Officer upon request.

  • Trash should be deposited into association dumpsters, near the entry gate. No trash is to be left outside due to wildlife.

  • Occupancy limited to 6 guests overnight guests; 10 day guests.

Checking Out

We hope you enjoyed your stay!

As a reminder, check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Before you leave, please:

  • Put all the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom – LEAVE sheets on the bed.
  • Collect all garbage and drop off at the Big Bass Community Dumpsters, near the entry gate.
  • Load and run the dishwasher.
  • Ensure all windows are closed.
  • Turn the Propane knob on the Grill to “OFF”.
  • All windows, sliders, and doors are closed and locked.
  • All window-AC units are OFF (summer).
  • All heat is set to 50 degrees (winter).
  • All lights are turned off.
